The Don Group Limited (Don) is a South Africa-based company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the business of operating all-suite hotels. The Don is engaged in the operation of hotels within the Republic of South Africa. The Company operates in two segments: hotel, and travel and tourism. The Company's hotels include Don Eastgate, Don Johannesburg International Airport, Don Rosebank, Don Sandton I, Don Sandton III, the Don Sandton IV, Don Beach Road, Don Arcadia I, Don Arcadia II and Don Savoy. Its wholly owned subsidiary is Lennoxley Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited. On April 30, 2009, the Company acquired 51% interest in iKapa Travel & Tours (Proprietary) Limited.
