The Board of Directors of Tharisa Plc announced that Mr. Chi Ming Brian Cheng has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 19 December 2014. Mr. Cheng, a Canadian national, is an executive director of NWS Holdings Limited. He is responsible for overseeing NWS' infrastructure business and merger and acquisition affairs.
He is also a non-executive director of five other companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
