Tess Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:5074) agreed to acquire Imari Green Power Co., Ltd from Healthya Co., Ltd. for ¥1.8 billion on September 13, 2021. Imari Green Power Co. reported total revenues of ¥1 million. total asset of ¥1.3 billion, EBIT of ¥29 million, net income of ¥59 million and total common equity of ¥268 million for the year ending December 31, 2021. The impact of the Share Acquisition on the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending June 2022 will be minor. The deal is expected to be completed by September 14, 2021.
