Terveystalo Oyj : grows in well-being services with the acquisition of physiotherapy center in Varkaus

On 16 January 2020, Terveystalo signed a contract on acquiring the operations of Varkauden Fysiokeskus Oy, a private physiotherapy center in Varkaus. The company's employees will be transferred to Terveystalo as old employees and the operations will continue on the same premises as before.

Varkauden Fysiokeskus Oy provides physiotherapy services. The company employs 5 physiotherapists and one osteopath. In 2019, the company's revenue was approximately EUR 0.4 million.
