Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. Announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced operating income was BRL 42.112 million compared to BRL 100.076 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 29.939 million compared to BRL 91.392 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was BRL 0.45 compared to BRL 1.38 a year ago. For the nine months, operating income was BRL 59.676 million compared to BRL 186.504 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 44.862 million compared to BRL 150.527 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was BRL 0.68 compared to BRL 2.28 a year ago.

As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs subsidiaries were Tegmax Comercio e Servicos Automotivos Ltda, TGI Comercio Atacadista de Pecas Automotivas Ltda, Tegma Cargas Especiais Ltda, Tegma Logistica Integrada SA, PDI Comercio e Industria e Servicos Ltda, Direct Logistica Integrada SA and Niyati Empreendimentos e Participacoes Ltda. On February 1, 2012, the Company completed the aquisition of LTD Transportes Ltda.
