Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported net income was BRL 30.47 million compared to BRL 24.18 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.46 compared to BRL 0.37 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.46 compared to BRL 0.37 a year ago.

Tegma Gestao Logistica SA is a Brazil-based company engaged in the transportation sector. The Company is primarily involved in logistic services for the automotive industry. The Company also provides warehousing services. Additionally, the Company provides inspection services for imported vehicles. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs subsidiaries were Tegmax Comercio e Servicos Automotivos Ltda, TGI Comercio Atacadista de Pecas Automotivas Ltda, Tegma Cargas Especiais Ltda, Tegma Logistica Integrada SA, PDI Comercio e Industria e Servicos Ltda, Direct Logistica Integrada SA and Niyati Empreendimentos e Participacoes Ltda. On February 1, 2012, the Company completed the aquisition of LTD Transportes Ltda.
