Shenzhen Ruiyi Vision Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into an agreement with new investor Tecnon (Fujian) Commercial Lighting Co., Ltd (SZSE:300650) for a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 7,500,000 on January 21, 2019. On closing of the transaction, company's registered capital will increase from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 12,500,000. The investor will acquire a stake of 60% in the company through the transaction. The transaction has been approved at the third meeting of the third directorate and it does not need to be submitted to the shareholders of the investor.
Tecnon Electronics Co Ltd, formerly Tecnon (Fujian) Commercial Lighting Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in the distribution of semiconductors. The Company operates in two segments. Commercial Lighting segment is mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of lighting appliances, light-emitting diode (LED) displays and photoelectric signs. Semiconductor Distribution Business segment is mainly engaged in the distribution of semiconductors related to the wireless communications and consumer electronics fields such as mobile radio frequency front-end chips.
