(TSX VENTURE:TAW) ("Tawsho" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the Ontario Securities Commission has revoked the management cease trade order ("MCTO") issued on May 15, 2015, in respect of Stephen Balch (CEO) and Harry Chang (CFO). Management of the Corporation had applied for the MCTO for the delay in filing its 2014 annual audited financial statements, and its related Management's Discussion and Analysis, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer certifications, and Ontario's Form 13-502F1 relating to Class 1 Reporting Issuer Participation fee (collectively, the "Required Filings"), which were required to be filed on or before April 30, 2015. The Required Filings were filed by the Corporation on SEDAR on June 5, 2015.

Tawsho takes its reporting obligations very seriously and understands the importance of providing public disclosure of its required financial information in a timely manner. The Corporation does not expect similar delays in the future.
