Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd. appointed Goh Yang Jun, Jasper as Non-Executive and Independent Director. The Board of Directors is of the opinion that Goh Yang Jun, Jasper can contribute positively to the Company after reviewing the Nominating Committee's recommendation and Goh Yang Jun, Jasper's qualifications, experience and suitability. Goh Yang Jun, Jasper has more than 10 years of working experience. 2015 to present he is Managing Partner, Back Office Partners Pte Ltd. Lead Business Development, Asterisk Computer (FE) Pte Ltd. Goh Yang Jun, Jasper is presently a non-executive and independent director of Hanwell Holdings Limited. Date of appointment is March 1, 2019.
