Zhang Yulong completed the acquisition of 6.03% stake in Tanac Automation Co., Ltd. from Qian Chenglin, Fujino Yasushi, Takeda Koji and Takeda Shuji.

Zhang Yulong signed an agreement to acquire 6.03% stake in Tanac Automation Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300461) from Qian Chenglin, Fujino Yasushi, Takeda Koji and Takeda Shuji for approximately CNY 110 million on June 5, 2020. Zhang Yulong will pay CNY 20 million and the remaining part of the price of this share transfer of CNY 89.5 million will be paid within 90 days from the date of signing of this agreement. As a part of the agreement will transfer 2.24 million shares for CNY 33.6 million, Fujino Yasushi will transfer 1.79 million for CNY 26.87 million, Takeda Koji will transfer 2.01 million for CNY 30.17 million and Takeda Shuji will transfer 1.26 million for CNY 18.87 million.
Zhang Yulong completed the acquisition of 6.03% stake in Tanac Automation Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300461) from Qian Chenglin, Fujino Yasushi, Takeda Koji and Takeda Shuji on September 24, 2020. Post completion, Qian Chenglin will hold 14.66% stake, Fujino Yasushi will hold 7.90% stake, Takeda Koji will hold 16.38% stake and Takeda Shuji will hold 10.24% stake in Tanac Automation Co., Ltd.
