Taiwan Name Plate Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 160.308 million compared to TWD 117.235 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 21.755 million compared to operating loss of TWD 14.292 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 17.041 million compared to net loss of TWD 11.271 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.86 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.58 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.85.
TAIWAN NAME PLATE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing of name plates, membrane switches and plastic cards. Its cards and personalized card products and services include magnetic stripe cards, contact chip cards, contactless chip cards, dual-interface chip cards, general cards as well as card personalized services. Name plates and membrane switch products include general metal name plates, aluminum extrusion name plates, plastic name plates, electroforming film name plates and membrane key switches. The Company markets its products in Taiwan, Asia, America, Europe, Australia and other regions.
