(1)The company's 3nd domestic unsecured convertible corporate bonds
will be stopped from 2022/7/29 to 2022/8/23. Bond holders intend to
apply for conversion shall approach their securities firm to handle
conversion before the business day (2022/7/27).
(2)The Company's implementation of the transfer of 14,485,000 shares of
treasury shares to employees, the outstanding shares changed to 241,188,535
shares, so adjusted the total amount of cash dividends distributed.
(3)Before the ex-dividend base date, if the company has the right to
participate in the distribution of shares due to amendments made by the
competent authority or changes in the number of shares that the company has
the right to participate in the distribution, while keep the distribution of
cash dividends of NT$1 per share unchanged, the earnings distribution
table will be changed and the dividend base date will be changed.
The release date and other related matters shall be determined by the
authorized chairman.
