Taiji Computer Corporation Limited (SZSE:002368) entered into an agreement of intent to acquire Shenzhen Powerleader Computing System Limited from Shenzhen Powerleader Cloud Computing Research Institute Limited and Powerleader Science & Technology Group Limited (SEHK:8236) in cash on January 8, 2017. The payment details shall be determined by the parties through negotiations and the parties shall enter into a formal agreement. On January 8, 2017, the board of directors of Taiji Computer Corporation Limited approved the deal.
