T. R. V. Rubber Products Public Company Limited ( " the Company" or " TRV" ) would like to inform that according to the trading of TRV shares through the trading system of the Stock Exchange on the large board ( BIG LOT) on August 15, 2022, amounting to 18,000,000 shares (Eighteen million shares), or equivalent to 8.57 percent of the total issued shares of the Company. AS a result, the company's major shareholding structure has changed. According to the details as follows :

The acquisition and disposition of securities of both investors' businesses is a transaction through the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Does not meet the criteria under Section 258 under the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 and does not qualify for a tender offer in any way.

T.R.V. Rubber Products Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which manufactures custom rubber products. The principal business activity of the Company is manufacturing and rendering manufacturing services of compression and injection of o-rings rubber, and rubber parts. The principal business of the subsidiary are supplying and distributing of machinery and parts and providing related maintenance services. It manufactures various rubber parts, such as injection molding, extrusion, and compression molding. Its product line includes automotive parts, home appliance parts, and others. The Company's molded rubber parts in automobiles include shockproof rubber hose, rubber cable in the car, rubber gasket, rubber o-ring, rubber ball, rubber seal, brake pad rubber, non-slip rubber, and other. Its molded rubber parts in electrical appliances include rubber parts in rice cooker, water pump, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, compressor, fridge, air filter, and other.
