Notice of Revision of Consolidated Earnings Forecasts
for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2023
T&D Holdings, Inc. (President: Hirohisa Uehara, "the Company") of the T&D Insurance Group ("the Group") hereby announces that it has revised its consolidated earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 (April 1, 2022- March 31, 2023) as follows.

2. Reasons for Revisions
Ordinary revenues are expected to exceed the previous forecasts. This is mainly due to a reversal of policy reserves related to the coinsurances in insurance companies which are the Company's subsidiaries.
Ordinary profit and Profit attributable to owners of parent are expected to exceed the previous forecasts. This is mainly due to recording equity in gains of affiliates related to the Company's equity-method affiliate FGH Parent, L.P., a reinsurance holding company domiciled in Bermuda, due to currency exchange fluctuation.
There is no change in Group adjusted profit from the previous forecasts.
※The Group has adopted "Group adjusted profit" as one of the indicators to measure the actual business conditions of the Group. This is done by adjusting temporary valuation gains or losses resulting from market fluctuations on accounting to Profit attributable to owners of parent.
