T&D Holdings, Inc. Announces Changes in Organizational Structure; Appoints Sonosuke Usui as Director and Executive Vice President, Effective as of April 1, 2015

T&D Holdings, Inc. has decided to change its organizational structure, representative director, executive officers and personnel, as follows: Changes in organizational structure, effective as of April 1, 2015 as business development department will be newly established to reinforce functions to promote business strategies.

Sonosuke Usui appointed as Director and Executive Vice President from Representative Director and Executive Vice President, effective as of April 1, 2015.
