On September 10, 2021, director Sidney R. Petersen provided notice of his retirement from the Board of Directors of Sypris Solutions, Inc., effective as of October 19, 2021 following the Board of Directors meeting. Mr. Petersen currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors’ Audit and Finance Committee. In his role as a director, Mr. Petersen has provided invaluable advice and guidance to the company during his tenure with the company through his extensive knowledge of financial matters, accounting and audit expertise and former public company experience.
