Sypris Solutions, Inc. Announces Retirement of John R. McGeeney as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Effective May 14, 2019

On April 19, 2019, John R. McGeeney, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sypris Solutions, Inc. provided notice of his retirement, effective as of the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled to be held on May 14, 2019. Mr. McGeeney has served as the Company’s General Counsel and Secretary since June of 2003, and additionally as a Company Vice President since August of 2011. Mr. McGeeney will continue to serve in his current capacity until the effective date of his retirement and will remain available to the Company on a consulting basis with respect to certain ongoing or transitional matters thereafter, including participating in the search for Mr. McGeeney’s successor.
