Sylvania Platinum Ltd - Bermuda-based South Africa-focused platinum miner - Dump operations output in the second quarter to December 31 improves quarterly to 19,276 4E platinum group metal ounces, from 19,194 in the first quarter. 4E stands for platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold. Net revenue from dump operations in the second quarter falls to USD37.1 million from USD42.9 million a quarter before. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation from dump operations decreased to USD20.0 million from USD26.4 million. Expects to produce 70,000 to 72,000 4E PGM ounces in financial year 2023 ending in late June, at least 4.4% higher than 67,053 ounces produced in financial year 2022 that ended on June 30. Cash balance falls to USD123.9 million at December 31 from USD138.6 million at September 30. Company will release its half-year results on February 21.
