Sydinvest USA (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in shares of North American companies. As of March 1, 2012, the Fund's investment portfolio included the equities of such companies, as Nabors Industries (1.99%), Comcast speciel (1.96%), Qualcomm (1.87%), J.P. Morgan Chase (1.82%) and Huntington Bancshares (1.77%), among others. As of March 1, 2012, it primarily invested in the equities of companies active within such sectors, as information technology (IT), finance and energy. Sydinvest USA is a division of Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest A/S, a Denmark-based investment organization.
