Sydinvest Europa (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in the shares of European companies. As of March 1, 2012, the Fund's investment portfolio included the equities of such companies, as Vodafone Group (5.99%), HSBC Holdings (3.37%), Novartis (3.29%), Total Fina (3.04%) and Royal Dutch Shell (3.03%), among others. It primarily invests in such sectors, as energy, finance, and healthcare and personal service. Sydinvest Europa is a division of Investeringsforeningen Sydinvest A/S, a Denmark-based investment organization.
