Sweett Group, the provider of professional services for the construction and management of building and infrastructure projects, has been appointed by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to deliver four separate capital projects, with a combined value in the region of £30m.

The projects include the refurbishment of Chelsea Old Town Hall and Colville Primary School, plus the redevelopment of North Kensington Day Care and Community Hub, and North Kensington Library and Youth Centre. The projects will commence on site in winter 2016, with all four due to be completed by summer 2019.

Sweett Group will provide project management, employer's agent and quantity surveying services to the Royal Borough via the NHS Shared Business Services Framework (which is open to all Public Bodies).
