Suzhou MedicalSystem Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603990) signed letter of intent to acquire 80% stake in Suzhou Mebel Beauty Hospital Co., Ltd. and Changshu Ruili Mebel Hospital Co., Ltd. from Mebel Medical Beauty Group on May 6, 2021. Both parties to the agreement will submit to the relevant internal decision-making bodies for approval and then sign formal transaction documents based on the negotiation situation. As of March 31, 2021, Suzhou Mebel Beauty Hospital Co., Ltd. and Changshu Ruili Mebel Hospital Co., Ltd. has reported total assets of CNY 72.93 million and CNY 42.88 million while net assets of CNY 18.29 million and CNY 11.84 million respectively.
Suzhou Medical System Techology Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in development and sales of clinical medical management information system software products. The Company's products include two types. The DoCare series of clinical medical management information system application software mainly includes anesthesia clinical information system, intensive care clinical information system, pre-hospital emergency information system, blood purification information system and clinical path information system. Another type of products is the overall solution of clinical information, including the overall solution of Dorico digital operating room and the overall solution of Dorico digital emergency first aid platform.
