(SHSE:603660) agreed to acquire Shanghai Lingshi Communication Technology Development Co., Ltd. from Suzhou Keyuan Software Technology Development Co., Ltd for CNY 2 million on January 26, 2017. Post transaction Shanghai Lingshi Communication Technology Development Co., Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Suzhou Keda Technology Co., Ltd. As of September 30, 2016 Shanghai Lingshi Communication Technology Development Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 164.03 million and net assets of CNY 160.71 million. The transaction is subject to approval from regulatory authorities. The transaction does not need approval from shareholders` of Suzhou Keda Technology Co., Ltd. As of January 26, 2017 Board of Suzhou Keda Technology Co., Ltd. approved the transaction.
