Tibet Nuode Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 5% stake in Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment Co.,Ltd from Suzhou Kechuang Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Douson Investment Co.,Ltd. for approximately CNY 290 million on July 7, 2022. Tibet Nuode Technology Co., Ltd. shall pay 30% of consideration within two days after agreement is approved and remaining 70% within two days after completion. The Board of Directors of Nuode Investment Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600110), parent of Tibet Nuode Technology Co., Ltd. has approved the transaction.
