MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2014) - Supremex Inc., Canada's largest provider of stock and custom-manufactured envelopes (TSX:SXP), announced changes to its Board of Directors and the appointment of a Vice President, Finance.

Mr. Dany Paradis and Mr. Georges Kobrynsky, each of whom has acted as a director of Supremex since February 21, 2013, were respectively appointed Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Michael Rapps, formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors, has ceased to act as Chairman but remains a member of the Board.

Furthermore, Benoît Crowe, CPA, CA, has joined the Company as Vice-President, Finance. Benoît has 15 years of experience in accounting, reporting, treasury management and acquisitions. Prior to joining Supremex, Benoît worked at ProSep as Vice President, Finance and was previously corporate controller at Richelieu Hardware. Prior to that, Benoît worked at KPMG.
