Supernova Energy, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire an additional unknown stake in Multiple Oil and Gas Leases in Kansas from Lasso Energy, LLC.

Supernova Energy, Inc. (OTCPK:SPRN) entered into an agreement to acquire an additional unknown stake in Multiple Oil and Gas Leases in Kansas from Lasso Energy, LLC on October 9, 2015. As part of the consideration, Supernova Energy paid $0.042 million and transferred a 23% working interest of the Welsh-Beaver lease. The acquisition includes, Barton County – Anderson lease 8.375%, Dannebohn lease 95% working interest, Stafford County - Sanders lease 65% working interest.

Butler County – Asmussen 39.5% working interest. Pratty County – Harrel D, Larrison #2, Mason #2, Keyes A, Keys B, Thompson 100% working interest.
