Full Giant Resources Limited announced that it will issue 28,110,000 shares at a price of $1 per share for gross proceeds of $28,110,000 on August 8, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Sunny Friend Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (TSEC:8341). The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
