Sukholozhsktsement OAO (Sukholozhsktsement OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is involved in the manufacture of cement. The Company produces various types of construction and oil-well cement. Construction cements are used to produce concrete, concrete goods, prefabricated concrete elements and building mortar. Oil-well cements are provided for cementing oil and gas wells. Sukholozhsktsement OAO also provides analyses and testing of produced materials in own laboratory. The Company also offers delivery service of its products through the Company's subsidiary CemTrans OOO. It is active mainly on the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Perm, Chelyabinsk Regions and the Republic of Tatarstan. Sukholozhsktsement OAO has several subsidiaries and affiliated companies. As of December 31, 2013, the Company's major shareholder was Dyckerhoff AG.
