Success Universe Group Limited Announces Positive Profit Alert

20 August 2018, Hong Kong - Success Universe Group Limited (Stock Code: 00487.HK, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") is pleased to announce that the Group is expected to record an unaudited consolidated profit for the six months ended 30 June 2018 (the "First Half Year of 2018") as compared with an unaudited consolidated loss for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The Group's consolidated profit for the First Half Year of 2018 was mainly attributable to the increase in (i) fair value gain on investment properties of the Group; and (ii) the Group's share of profit of the associates relating to Ponte 16, the flagship investment project of the Group.

Commenting on the Group's performance, Mr. Yeung Hoi Sing, Sonny, Chairman of Success Universe Group Limited said, "With the Group's continuous effort in developing its balanced and diversified business portfolio, we are delighted to announce the expected turnaround results for the First Half Year of 2018, benefiting from the positive prospect of property investment market and also the improving consumer confidence in Macau.
