STX Europe ASA has today on 29 January 2009 held an Extraordinary
General Meeting (EGM).

The minutes from the meeting are attached, in Norwegian and an
English office translation.

All proposals to the EGM were approved.

It was unanimously resolved, due to the fact that the company now
only has a sole shareholder, to apply for a de-listing of the
Company's shares from the Oslo Stock Exchange.
