Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 27.83 million compared to USD 24.25 million a year ago. Net income was USD 0.746 million compared to USD 0.495 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.12 compared to USD 0.08 a year ago.

The Companyâs portfolio includes 107 healthcare facilities with an aggregate of 12,203 beds, located throughout the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. The Companyâs 107 healthcare facilities comprise 97 skilled nursing facilities, eight assisted living facilities, and two long-term acute care hospitals.
