The board of directors of Stor-Age Property REIT Limited advised shareholders of the resignation of Mr. Gareth Fox as a non-executive director of the Company effective from 30 June 2020. In addition, Gareth has also resigned as chairman of the audit and risk committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee.
