Stericycle, Inc. announced the appointment of Cindy J. Miller, currently the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, as the company's Chief Executive Officer and President, effective on May 2, 2019. Ms. Miller also will remain a participant in the company's Executive Severance and Change in Control Plan and Supplemental Retirement Plan on the same terms applicable to all executive officers of the Company.
