Star Comgistic Capital Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 3,587.386 million compared to TWD 3,414.847 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 20.138 million compared to operating loss of TWD 76.057 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 26.746 million compared to net loss of TWD 55.457 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.2 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.41 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 8,371.748 million compared to TWD 9,005.037 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 325.560 million compared to TWD 171.688 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 154.855 million compared to TWD 155.890 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 1.15 compared to TWD 1.16 a year ago.
Star Comgistic Capital Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of household small electrical appliances, as well as the tourism services. The Company operates its businesses through household electrical appliance business, which offers coffee makers, electrical irons, grillers, related molds, non ferrous metal composite materials, new alloy materials and other raw materials, among others, as well as tourism business, which includes the operation of www.startravel.com.tw, and the provision of tourism electronic commercial platforms and technologies.
