Ronin, the investment platform that supports entrepreneurs in various fields to develop and finance their business ideas, announces a long- term partnership with BRK, one of the largest brokerage firms in Romania, to support innovation and the investment environment in Romania.

BRK Financial Group has extensive experience in the capital market, being at the same time the first and so far the only financial investment services company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Thus, through the partnership with Ronin, the brokerage company BRK Financial Group aims to support the Romanian entrepreneurial ecosystem, by promoting financing alternatives for small and medium-sized companies

"BRK has permanently promoted the financing of Romanian companies by listing on the capital market and has mediated some of the most successful listings in the last period. By partnering with the Ronin platform, we want to support future successful listings. Crowdfunding solves, from our point of view, the financing of companies at the beginning of their road, those innovative companies, with feasible business projects, but whose previous performances do not allow them to aim at a listing and at the same time do not fall within the strict criteria of granting loans to companies. Through the Ronin platform, investors can participate at the capitalization of promising companies through investments with a higher degree of risk but which can generate very good returns. Subsequently, the promotion of these companies to the capital market will be able to represent the "liquidity event" expected by investors. Through the platform launched in December 2021, Ronin team aims to address the main challenges faced by both start-ups and well-known companies wishing to obtain financing, but also investors who are interested in supporting the Romanian business environment.

Ronin's mission is to facilitate the connection between entrepreneurs and crowd-type investors and to allow anyone to become an investor with a minimum contribution of 100 euros to support their favorite project.

Thus, Ronin team selects companies that have potential, according to an independent evaluation grid, supports them in the preparation of the funding campaign and brings them to retail investors, who until now had no access to projects traditionally reserved for investment

funds. With Ronin's help, everyone now has the opportunity to invest in startups and established companies, giving entrepreneurs access to the resources they need to launch and grow their business.

Softlead, the first company listed on Ronin, is a B2B marketplace platform with over 460 partner IT companies and over 880 listed software solutions. The goal of the round of funding is to get 300,000 euros from private investors to support Softlead in accelerating global growth and developing the companies' automated digital DNA identification tool.

Softlead is currently developing the Digital DNA concept of a company, which is the basis for digitization decisions, as it provides complete information on the need to replace or purchase a new technical solution, in relation to organizational problems and objectives, but also with the industry, the size and growth rate of the company.

The second startup listed by Ronin, StockBinder, is a company that facilitates rapid integration between online stores, suppliers and manufacturers, aiming for new funding to fully automate the process and start international expansion.

StockBinder creates an ecosystem in which online stores and suppliers both in Romania and in Europe can interact, establish new contractual relationships and transmit information about catalogs, prices and stocks in real time. Stockbinder wants to attract 300,000 euros from Ronin from local investors. The funding will ensure the development of plug & play integrations with the most important ecommerce and ERP platforms, thus making it easier for online stores and suppliers to quickly access the StockBinder ecosystem. With this funding, StockBinder also aims to start integrating suppliers in neighboring markets.
