Our fourth annual industry survey published with Retail Systems Research (RSR) is complete, and one thing is clear: e-commerce is definitely the priority going forward.
According to the survey, retailers feel they are keeping pace with consumers' growing digital demands, but suppliers admit they have more work to do. Logistics firms are mostly feeling the pressure to accelerate their fulfillment times.
Here are a few revealing survey stats:
55% of retailers say they have successfully executed their digital strategy
45% of suppliers feel their digital retail strategy is lagging
75% of retailers identify e-commerce as their top priority for 2016, ousting retail stores from the top spot for the first time
Be sure to register for the complimentary webinar on February 25, led by Peter Zaballos from SPS and Paula Rosenblum and Nikki Baird from RSR. During this one-hour discussion, these experts will analyze the survey findings and offer their perspectives of what the results mean for retailers, distributors, suppliers and logistics providers.
