Congratulations to Spotless' ICC Sydney team and our Darling Harbour Live consortium partners Capella Capital, Hostplus, First State Super, Lendlease, and AEG Ogden, for taking out Gold for 'Best Operational Project' at the first-ever Partnerships Bulletin Public Private Partnerships Awards 2017. The Awards celebrate outstanding achievements and projects within the PPP industry in the Asia-Pacific.

Operating ICC Sydney - the 250,000 sqm venue capable of hosting 12,000 delegates and the centrepiece of the A$3.5b rejuvenation of the Darling Harbour precinct - is no small task. It's also the first precinct in the world to be awarded six stars by the Green Buildings of Australia's Green Star Communities and LEED Gold for its environmental and human health performance, paving the way for more sustainable buildings to be operated in the country. It's great that the team's success in running the venue with a high degree of responsivity, safety and optimal resource efficiency has been recognised and celebrated.
