SportsHero Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 1.65 million in funding from IPV Capital

SportsHero Limited (ASX:SHO) announced a private placement of 16,500,000 common shares at a price of AUD 0.10 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 1,650,000 on January 23, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investor IPV Capital for gross proceeds of AUD 622,500 and other investors. The transaction is expected to close in the end of February 2019.
