ARRIVAL OF THE DALGARANGA GOLD PROJECT SAG MILL

  • • Delivery of the 7.3m diameter SAG Mill and 600 tonnes associated equipment to Dalgaranga is underway following its arrival into Fremantle port over the Christmas - New Year period

  • • Dalgaranga Gold Project remains on schedule and on budget for first production in Q2 of 2018

Gascoyne Resources Limited (Gascoyne or the Company) is pleased to announce that between Christmas and New Year the SAG mill and associated equipment, approximately 750 tonnes in total, for the Dalgaranga project arrived at Fremantle port, and is currently being delivered to the Dalgaranga Project site in the Murchison gold mining region of Western Australia.

Mike Dunbar, Gascoyne's Managing Director said;

"The arrival of the SAG mill and the associated equipment on site is a significant milestone for the Company, as it is the longest lead time item and one of the last key items to be delivered for the project.

2018 will be an exciting and transformational year for the Company as we are set to become a +100kozpa gold producer within just a matter of months, and concurrent with this, we will be stepping up gold exploration at high priority near mine targets at Dalgaranga, as well as continuing with exploration drilling at our 1Moz Glenburgh Gold Project".

Reporting from all key site contractors involved in the construction is positive, and the Company remains on budget and on schedule to deliver first gold production in Q2 of this year.
