Sparindex Europe Growth Index (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in European growth stocks. The Fund invests in equities included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Europa Growth index. As of March 25, 2013, the Fund primarily invested in such sectors, as consumer goods (28.4%), healthcare (14.87%) and industry (14.12%), among others, and its investments were primarily located in the United Kingdom (32.06%). As of March 25, 2013, the Fund's investment portfolio included the equities of such companies, as Nestle SA, Roche Holding and Glaxosmithkline, among others. Sparindex Europe Growth Index is a division of Investeringsforeningen Sparindex, a Denmark-based investment organization.
