SP New Energy Corporation is a Philippines-based company, which primarily constructs, erects, assembles, commissions, operates and maintains power-generating plants, installations, shops, laboratories, pipelines, repair shops, electrical works, powerhouses, warehouses, terminals, and related facilities for the conversion of renewable energy into usable form fit for electricity generation and distribution. The Company is engaged in developing up to 500 mega-watt solar power plant in Barangay Las Pinas, Sinasajan, and Penaranda, Nueva Ecija. It builds solar farms using technologies that raise output over time coupled with battery storage to produce a source of electricity for Central Luzon.
