Company Southern Union Company

Southern Union Company is engaged primarily in the transportation and storage of natural gas. The Company provides liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminalling and regasification services. The Company's interstate pipeline interests operate more than 10,000 miles of pipelines that transport natural gas from the producing areas to markets in the Southeast, Midwest and Great Lakes region. The Company's natural gas transmission units include Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, Trunkline Gas Company, Sea Robin Pipeline Company, Trunkline LNG Company and Southwest Gas Storage. Through CCE Holdings, LLC, the Company owns an interest in and operates Florida Gas Transmission. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (ETP). ETP owns and operates approximately 43,000 miles of natural gas, natural gas liquids, refined products, and crude oil pipelines.
