Triple M today announced that the front man of two of Australia's iconic bands, The Screaming Jets and The Angels, Dave Gleeson, is returning to the rock brethren as host of Triple M Nights with Dave Gleeson.

No stranger to the network, Gleeson previously hosted shows for Triple M including Access All Areas and Rock of Ages. Triple M Nights with Dave Gleeson will turn things up to 11 with a new weeknight show that will feature the latest in rock news, interviews, and stories from his 30 plus years touring on the road and handy black book of fellow rock stars.

On returning to the M's Dave Gleeson said: "Triple M is the home of rock in Australia and if there's one thing I love it's ROCK! It'll be awesome to be able to share a few hours a night with all those Triple M music lovers around the country. I just hope my motor mouth doesn't get me into trouble telling tales out of school. I'll have to walk the fine line between 'what goes on on the road stays on the road' and the juicy stories people want to hear….Some names may be changed to protect the guilty…..myself included!"

Triple M Adelaide Content Director, Matthew OReilly, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Dave back to Triple M. He is one of the most enigmatic frontmen in the country and has a broadcasting ease and candour that resonates with our Triple M audience. Triple M Nights with Dave Gleeson will be appointment listening for lovers of rock around the country."

Triple M Nights with Dave Gleeson starts next Monday 31 January from 7-10pm weeknights in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Newcastle, Gold Coast, and Hobart. It will also be available on the LiSTNR app.
