GROUPE STERIA : Steria appoints Amaury Houdart to its Executive Committee as Group Director of Human Resources

16 Jan 2012 Steria, a leading European IT-enabled business services provider, today announced the appointment of Amaury Houdart to the position of Director of Human Resources for the Group. Reporting to François Enaud, Group CEO of Steria, he will be in charge of leading and implementing the group's HR strategy internationally.

In his position as HR Director of the Group, Amaury Houdart will be responsible for encouraging the sharing of best practices between various regions and business lines, bringing together the HR teams and managers on the basis of a common set of values.

After gaining a master's degree in International Business from Paris Dauphine University, Amaury Houdart helped set up a consultancy firm for new technologies in 1998, before joining Unilog Management. From 1999 to 2004 he worked in management consultancy, before becoming involved with the Unilog Group's European buyouts and subsequently overseeing their merger with the Logica Group in France. As HR Director of Logica France from 2008 to 2011, he was in charge of the group's international HR strategy development.
