Somany Ceramics Limited, at its Board meeting, held on April 30, 2019, has approved the appointment of Mr. Vineet Agarwal, as an additional Director (under the category of Independent Director) of the company, with effect from May 1, 2019 who shall hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) or the last date on which the AGM should have been held, whichever is earlier. The appointment of Mr. Vineet Agarwal's as Independent Director on the Board of the company is for a term of five years, which is subject To Approve the members in the upcoming AGM. Mr. Vineet Agarwal is the Managing Director of Transport Corporation of India Ltd.
