Somany Ceramics Limited announced that Shri Ratna Kumar Daga, Non- Executive Independent Director has ceased to be director of the Company with effect from April 1, 2019. Consequent upon the above, she has also ceased to be the Chairman of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company with effect from April 1, 2019.
