Somany Ceramics Limited announced that Dr. Yoginder Kumar Alagh, Non- Executive Independent Director, aged about 80 years has ceased to be director of the Company effective 1st April, 2019. He is also ceased to be the member of Audit Committee of the Company effective 1st April, 2019.
