Solar Company S.A. announces an Equity Buyback for 446,346 shares, for PLN 2.45 million.

Solar Company S.A. (WSE:SOL) announces a share repurchase program. Under the offer, the company will repurchase up to 446,346 shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of PLN 5.50 per share.

The shares will be repurchased for the purpose of their redemption and subsequent reduction of the company's share capital. The offer will be valid until February 18, 2022.
