Exagan S.A.S. announced that it has received €5.7 million in its first round of equity funding on June 23, 2015. The round included participation from new investors, Technocom 2, a fund managed by existing investor, Innovacom Gestion, CM-CIC Capital Innovation, IRDInov, a fund managed by IRDI Midi-Pyrénées, existing investors, CEA Investissement SA and Soitec S.A. Vincent Deltrieu represented Innovacom Gestion, Stéphane Simoncini represented CM-CIC Capital Innovation, Jean-Michel Petit represented IRDI Midi-Pyrénées, and Marie-Noëlle Semeria represented CEA Investissement SA in the transaction.
